MEET OUR LEADERSHIP STAFF:
My name is Carley Acciard. I have worked with children for 25 years now. During my free time I enjoy being with my family or out with friends. I strive to be better for not only my family but also It Takes A Village. I want our centers to nourish not only the children's creativity but also have a safe and healthy environment for the children to learn and explore at their own pace. We are all in this together. And it really does Take A Village.
I found my passion for working with children at a very young age. My mother was a teacher for many years and that sparked my love for teaching. I began my career as many of us do, babysitting throughout my teenage years. Since then, I have spent almost two decades working in childcare. I have worked my way up from assistant teacher to Director and I look forward to many more years filled with wonderful children, families and teachers.
My journey in child care began in high school and I’ve been dedicated to this field ever since. With 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with children in various capacities. Working with children has always been my passion. I look forward to building strong meaningful relationships with each family and creating a loving, safe environment for children to grow and thrive.
My name is Cheri. I'm the Director at It Takes a Village Goffstown West. I've been with It Takes a Village for over a year. I worked my way up from teaching to various leadership roles to become director.
I'm passionate about building strong relationships with families. I believe that open communication and collaboration are key to a child's success. Navigating the complexities of rules and regulations has sharpened my leadership skills and seeing the growth and joy of the children in our care has made every effort worthwhile.
My name is Maureen Bird, and I have dedicated three decades to the early childhood education sector. I take great pleasure in collaborating with families and the community to foster an environment where the children under our supervision can develop into lifelong learners and achieve their fullest potential.
