Meet the Director
Lori Daskal has been with It Takes a Village in Concord since it opened in April 2025. She has a Bachelor's degree in nutrition and worked in pediatric nutrition for the WIC and Head Start programs for many years. She began her Early Childhood studies in 2011 and has worked in the early childhood field since then as a preschool teacher, toddler teacher, director and owner. Lori has great respect for children, their natural energy and love of learning. She believes parent-teacher communication is crucial in that we are not caring just for the child but for the whole family.
